Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms
By using ConvertKit, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. ConvertKit is provided free of charge as a client-side image processing tool.
Use of Service
ConvertKit is intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Because all processing occurs locally in your browser, we do not have access to the images you process and cannot monitor or moderate them.
No Data Collection
ConvertKit does not collect, store, or transmit your images. All processing occurs locally in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. We do not have servers that receive or store uploaded files. Your images remain on your device at all times.
Intellectual Property
The ConvertKit name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. The images you process remain your property.
Limitation of Liability
ConvertKit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Because the tool runs entirely client-side, processing quality and performance depend on your device and browser capabilities.
Advertising
This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. Ads are provided to support the free service. We do not influence the content of the ads served, and we do not encourage or ask visitors to click on them. Interacting with an ad is entirely voluntary. Advertising cookies and personalization are governed by our Privacy Policy and by the consent choices you make in the consent message shown on this site. You may opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
